Homeopathy is a form of complementary healthcare that works with our natural healing process and has been used for over 200 years. Its remedies are designed to stimulate the body’s natural reaction to help with many conditions and ailments, helping a return to good health. With an ever-growing number of people seeking a more natural way of maintaining their health, homeopathy can be used responsibly alongside conventional medicine* and has a mounting evidence base to support it.
(*If you are considering using homeopathy and are taking any medicines either prescribed or bought yourself or herbal products please consult your doctor before taking any homeopathic remedies.)

Despite a growing interest in natural healthcare, there are still many myths and misunderstandings about homeopathy. This website provides a jargon-free overview of homeopathy, answers many commonly asked questions and explains how this natural system of healing can be used to help treat everyday ailments.

Homeopathy Awareness Week 2012

The UK’s Homeopathy Awareness Week takes place from 14th - 21st June 2012. It was originally founded by The Society of Homeopaths in 2000 and this year, the theme will focus on sporting injuries to tie in with this year’s big event, the London Olympics.

Members of the Society from around the country use this week to raise awareness of homeopathy in their local area, so look out for activities near you. There is also a national media campaign answering your homeopathy queries and featuring Olympic greats who know the secrets of how homeopathy can aid sports injury recovery.

If you’d like to find out who your local homeopaths are, go to choosing-homeopathy.com where you can search an official national database of registered homeopaths. And watch the video below to see people learning more about homeopathy.
